Park Mill was built in 1893,currently the premises contains a various businesses. Musbury Fabrics is perhaps the best known, providing  textiles to the general public. Cafe Tor the popular venue is also based within. Kathleen Ashworth's and Gillian Rose are two other textile based firms who are located in the mill.

Perhaps the 'best kept secret' of the mill is the presence of Context Weaving. This company provides specialised weaving; reproducing 18th century fabrics. The company's work can be seen in restoration projects throughout the country. Amongst these are Buckingham Palace, Hampton court and Strawberry Hill former home of Horace Walpole (son of the Prime Minister Robert Walpole)
